Happy Celebrates 1,000,000 Bottle Month

January 6, 2011 – Jacksonville, FL – Happy Vodka Corporation announced today the celebration of 1,000,000th bottle sold from each of the Happy product lines; including: Happy Vodka®, Happy Rum®, Happy Gin®, Happy Tequila Blanco®, Happy Tequila Reposado®, Happy Sake® and Happy Ouzo®.  Although Happy Vodka® was first to reach this milestone in the sales and development of the Happy product line years ago, the entire portfolio reaching the 1 million mark demonstrates the viability of Happy as a truly long term brand.

“It was great to see the Happy Team hit that goal right at the 10th Anniversary of Happy” says C.J. Eiras, CEO of Happy Vodka Corporation and Liquor Group Wholesale (Publicly Traded: LIQR).

Happy relishes in the fact that it spends less than 1% of annual revenues on marketing and advertising support, yet the products continue to sell well domestically and in 12 foreign countries though Liquor Group’s worldwide distribution channels.  When shipments of the Happy product arrive, they go out to market almost instantly.

So what’s the next step in the Happy progression?  Eiras says that the company has been researching additional spirits line extensions, several private labeling wine options as well as a private labeled beer line as viable growth options for the product portfolio.  Eiras is also interviewing several independent distilleries, expressing that changes in the production of the Happy line are imminent, as the company wants to domesticate the production of the product lines.
