Martinifest - Florida's Largest Martini Party!
Liquor Group Products a Hit at Jacksonville Martinifest!
November 18, 2009 - This year's Jacksonville Martinifest drew more than 3000 thirsty revelers to sample a multitude of adult beverage products at the riverside Jacksonville Football Stadium. Liquor Group products dominated the top floor of the show with a wide array of products offered at a number of tables. The SurReal Vodka line from Latvia was extremely popular with the crowds and received a nod as "best tasting cocktail" for a blend of SurReal Red Berry Crème Vodka and Cranberry juice. Hawaii's organic ultra-premium Ocean Vodka was one of the fastest moving brands with drinkers flocking to sample from the tropical themed bottles. A new addition to the Liquor Group portfolio that made an appearance at the show was McCulloch's American Vodka represented by Rob McCulloch whose family has been distilling in Ohio since the late 1800's. Many of the vodkas offered at the show were mixed with high quality Weis Liqueurs from the Black Forest region of Germany. In addition to Vodkas the Liquor Group tables also offered the recently introduced Columbus Anejo Rum, a seven year old sipping rum produced in the Dominican Republic by the famed Barcelo family, and Fat Ass Tequila Blanco a ultra-premium tequila that is taking the Florida market by storm. Probably the most unusual new products offered by Liquor Group at this year's Martinifest were the Whipped Lightning line of alcohol infused flavored whipped creams that topped many of the evening's favorite libations.
